| James (Jim) Riehle is the president
and founder of Precast Systems, Inc. In 1971, Jim, Elaine
& family moved from St. Paul, MN. to Darwin, MN to
begin manufacturing concrete products. Jim & Elaine
have three grown children and 9 grand children. |

Mark Smith joined the company in 1996
and is partial owner. Mark manages the plant. |

Art Riehle has been with Precast Systems
since the start in 1971. Art delivers products to our
customers and welds reinforcing. Art & Marlene have
3 grown children and 1 grand child. |
| Matt McGraw started working at Precast
Systems in 1994. Matt delivers products and helps with
production. Matt & Holly have 3 children. |

Jenny Smith joined Precast Systems
in 2002. Jenny became our office manager when Elaine
Riehle retired in 2002. Mark & Jenny have 3
children. |
